Privacy Policy – Stone Hedge

1. Use of Services and Client Obligations

To use the services provided by Stone Hedge, users must comply with certain guidelines and keep their usage updated in accordance with any policy changes. The company reserves the exclusive right to guide and advise on its services. If the guidelines are not followed, the company may suspend the commercial relationship.

During registration, clients are required to provide personal information, including proof of identity, residence, and source of funds, in order to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing. Clients must also keep their information up to date and notify the company of any changes within 30 calendar days.

2. Use of Client Information for Marketing

Client information provided to Stone Hedge may be used for commercial or advertising purposes unless the client withdraws their consent. This withdrawal can be done upon receiving advertising material, by logging into their account, or by sending an email to the company requesting to stop the communication. Upon request, the company must cease sending advertising materials within seven business days.

2.1 Disclosure to Authorities

Client information, provided either on the company’s main website or on its Social Trading Network platform, may be disclosed to relevant authorities. Disclosure will only occur if required by law, regulation, or court order, and only to the minimum extent necessary.

2.2 Use for Platform and Marketing

The client understands and agrees that certain information may be used, at the sole discretion of the company, for purposes related to the Social Trading Network and/or marketing. For further details, please consult the Stone Hedge website.

3. Identity Verification

As a condition for conducting transactions on the company’s websites, clients may be required to submit specific identification and other documents. Failure to provide such documents may result in the account being frozen or permanently closed at the company's sole discretion. The company reserves the right to refuse account opening or to close any account at any time, for any reason or no reason at all.

4. Access to Client Documentation

Only authorized company employees who manage client accounts have access to related documentation. This information is stored securely in physical and/or electronic formats in compliance with applicable law.

5. Use in Case of Disputes

Clients acknowledge and agree that the company may store and use account and transaction-related information in the event of a dispute between the client and the company.

6. Marketing and Trading Information

Clients also acknowledge and agree that information regarding their trading techniques, investment amounts, city, and country may be used by the company for purposes related to the Trading Network and/or for marketing.

7. Social Trading Network – Consent Limitations

By accepting the terms and conditions, the client does not give unconditional consent for the company to share personal data such as name, surname, age, gender, country, and investment amounts on the Social Trading Network platform.

8. Use of Facebook Data

Clients may use their Facebook account to log into the company’s website, but they must provide truthful and accurate information. By doing so, they unconditionally consent to the sharing and/or publication of their personal information as listed on their Facebook account, as well as verified personal data in accordance with Section 7.

9. Information Review Rights

The company may, at its sole discretion but without obligation, review and inspect any client-provided information for any reason. By agreeing to this policy, the client acknowledges that the company is not responsible for any review or lack thereof.

10. Data Protection Measures

Notwithstanding Sections 6, 7, and 8, the company will take all necessary steps to implement advanced data protection procedures and will update them regularly to safeguard client information and accounts.

11. Account Credentials

Upon registering, clients must choose a username and password for future logins and transactions. Clients are strictly prohibited from sharing their login credentials with anyone. The company is not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from unauthorized use or improper storage of such information.

12. Client Responsibility

Any activity conducted using the client’s username and password is the sole responsibility of the client. The company is not liable for any such usage, even if it is verified that the client is operating the account.

13. Reporting Unauthorized Use

Clients are required to notify the company's Compliance Department immediately via email if they suspect any unauthorized use of their account.
